For larger projects, we can help you with a floor plan or concept before
the architect does his work or we can tune up the design later. We are
designers and space planners, not architects.

We can offer suggestions. We will never force our ideas on
you. We use your likes and dislikes to inspire a design that everyone
is happy with.
- 3-D renderings of kitchen and bath designs
We can walk you through a virtual-reality style tour of your new kitchen
or bath as well as show you standard floor plans, elevations and
perspective drawings.
- Permit and inspection management
We will acquire the permits and make all the arrangements with the
building inspectors to fast-track your project wherever possible.
- Coordination of trades
We supply all the talent that is necessary to complete your project. We
make a concerted effort to screen out unprofessional tradespeople from
